“Great food. I miss our long John silvers in Dothan Al. Dothan is changing and building up. Our Long Johns is sitting there with a for sale sign on it. So many people ate there. Always busy. Why not come back to dothan al and open a nice new one Like the one in Albany GA. More people than I miss the great fish. Now that my husband has ate there he wants to take me back to Albany For some good Ole long John's. Patiently waiting for one in Dothan Al. Keep up the good work Albany Long John's.“

“Wow,had to come and give my feedback on my breakfast meal I had June 22,2025 time 8:51am don't know drive thru lady name but she asked me did I wanted to try there new BBQ Pork Scramble I use get sausage Scramble Combo so i said yes ma'am i will try it yall when i tell you,,, i had breakfast and lunch together i did and got off work and slept like a baby,,,that taste was amazing with grits,eggs,looked like cheese with the pork meat on top mixed

“It was hard to grade this survey at first because the Jacks online ordering app is completely crap! 💩 I tried to place an order, my adult son tried to place an order and when we went into the restaurant, the manager tried to place the order! By this time, I received a message saying that I had tried too many times and the site was locked 🔒 The wonderful manager did everything possible to get the online promotion price applied to our purchase. There were two no three different ladies that apologized to us for the inconvenience. PLEASE do something about the app. We love everything at Jacks and enjoy eating there after church, on shopping trips and just because I don’t feel like cooking.“

“Checker’s in Albany is one of our favorite fast food spots, the food is always piping hot and fresh. Today we had to park to wait on our food which literally took only a minute at most, and the manager came out and had us make sure everything was correct. We were missing one of our orders so he ran back to grab it, and we realized a fry order was missing still, so he ran back again… while he was gone we looked at the receipt and realized we’d been charged for the entree, not the meal. After apologizing profusely and offering to get out and pay for the fries, he waved it off and said don’t worry about it and that he’d thrown in a free apple pie for our trouble. The customer service at this location is always spot on! The lady who took our order was so sweet too. Love you guys!“

“My lunch at Arby's in Albany, GA was actually very good! My group went inside & ordered food to go. Very clean restaurant & bathrooms. I watched the employees make all our food fresh to order. Only negative to that is that it took a good 10-15 minutes to get our diverse food order (we all ordered very different menu options). But, the food we received was hot, fresh, & made perfectly! The 2 employees working were very capable & in good spirits even though they were both pretty busy working hard at the time of my visit. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars for service was the wait time. The 2 employees did a great job, but would have benefited from a 3rd staff member. Overall, excellent experience & delicious food!“

Other than the fact the sour cream tastes fake and my daughter doesn't care for the beans, we enjoy that.
She also likes tacos. So this is more her dive than mine.

“On occasion our order has been wrong, but they've been quick and kind in fixing it. Yesterday was a long day for me. We're still without power from 1/2/17 tornado. I got off from work, fought through traffic, ran errands, and made a quick stop into Pizza Hut. The ladies at the register were friendly and sweet. Once my order was ready, the one woman asked me to check and make sure it was correct. While doing so, she went out a little of her way and packed me a bag with plenty of napkins and extra paper plates. To some, that may seem small. To me, it was so thoughtful. She hadn't known we needed these extra plates and napkins without any power. I'm very thankful. ���“

“The burger was good but the chicken tenders were dry and flat with too much seasoning. The fries were both hot and cold as well as smashed inside the container. It could have been due to the time I ended up going there but I would try it again just because the burger was perfect.“

“I am not picky when it comes to a fast food burger, but I notice that there isn't as much quality customer service these days at fast food establishments like this. Not saying that they need to have a TRUE passion when handing me a whopper with fries at the drive-thru or counter, but at least look like you want to be there.“

“I have never had Wendy's before and I have say, I love their Dave's Double. Something about the square party makes it so unique and the fact that it is not smaller than the bun makes me feel more confident about fast food burgers. The worker was a little blunt but I can look fairly past it for the food quality.“

“Alright so this is technically my first review ever so um.. yeah anyway I got someone else's order... My order was supposed to be a papadia, a pizza, and a drink I went inside the store, walked up to the counter for a pickup and spelled out the name so this wouldn't even happen.. yet it did“

“I love the personal pizzas, I never knew that subway actually had them until I ordered through the app. The pizza was made just how I wanted it and delicious. I ordered two pizzas, a wrap and a melt. All were good. The ladies inside are very polite and made sure I had everything on my order which I truly appreciated.“

“I love that they have a person that takes your order while waiting in the drive thru line (similiar to Chic fil A). The wait was only 8 min on a Friday at 4pm....I'm impressed. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL so it takes FOREVER to get food from other fast food restaurants so I love Zaxbys! I will be back before going back to S. Florida.“

“I came pretty late like right before closing. I felt kind of bad but I'd just driven for like 10 hours and needed to eat. The employees were super nice though! They got me in and out real quick. Everything was clean and it was a pretty cozy atmosphere inside even if I only stayed long enough to make my order. Good folks.“

“I ordered the beast sandwich and it was made to perfection. I think the guy name is Montavious or Montravious but he made my sandwich and it was delicious. The meat and lettuce and everything was placed to perfection. The sandwich and taste was both complimentary and I enjoyed every bite. I will be returning again soon. I used to work in the food industry so I know all about presentation and taste and food quality and that sandwich was pure perfection and was made with some compassion! I should of taken a picture of it but it is apart of my stomach history now! lol“

“Pretty lady fixed my 12" up in no time. She took so much pride n her work as she loaded it. I will be coming again real soon. Happy ending to a hard hard day. I left her with a smile and I was very gratified and relaxed after she performed her excellent service showing me how she could whip a my 12" into shape and have it prepared nicely for a watering and craving mouth to take all the way down swallow by swallow. Her skills brought a tingle to my insides and huge bursting eruption of flavor in the mouth. Do juicy it was running out both sides of the mouth. What a load to take in the face with confidence it will be great all the way until the last gulp.“
