My experience at Checkers was okay with satisfactory standards being achieved. The food wasn't as good as my last visit because the food quality standards had decreased and compromised the overall taste of my food ordered. As for customer service, it was fine and more lackluster than anything. I'll eventually return, but not in a hurry, unfortunately, because I love Checkers seasoned fries. This was a mediocre experience with mediocre food served at Checkers on Dawson Rd.
Every time I’ve gone to this location the food has been great/hot, and the service has been fast. It’s further than other burger places, but I’ll drive the extra way because I know they’ll take care of me.
