Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is the best chicken around. The food comes out fast, hot, and delicious. Quality food includes Zalads, chicken fingerz/nibblers, and shrimp. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The manager Dominique is exceptional and knowledgeable. She was seen being yelled at by a frustrated Door Dasher but never became frustrated, rude or argumentative. She was taking care of customers and training her crew on the spot. The team works in tandem. The store is pleasantly clean. The staff is positive, polite and motivated. There is a nice ordering app with zax rewardz/deals. It is the best Zaxbys in Albany.
