They weren't busy but they did have only 3 people working. I don't know why when I say extra onions, I hardly get any onions at all. Staff was good but it took a while for us to even order.
Waited 20 min. for 12 krystals with cheese, no pickles.
Great staff and management willing to do anything for you just to make sure you have a good time
