Got food poisoning there. Will never go back. Manager never returned my call
My lunch at Arby's in Albany, GA was actually very good! My group went inside & ordered food to go. Very clean restaurant & bathrooms. I watched the employees make all our food fresh to order. Only negative to that is that it took a good 10-15 minutes to get our diverse food order (we all ordered very different menu options). But, the food we received was hot, fresh, & made perfectly! While using the drive-thru, customers may need to pull forward and wait for fresh food, but they don’t mind. The classic curly fries are a favorite, and the new turkey joints are definitely worth trying. Overall, Arby's remains a good place to visit, with a strong following of loyal customers.
