Whoever the man is that was working the drive thru 3am Monday night/Tuesday morning has very poor customers service. Left me on hold on the speaker, over charged me, and my food was very cold, the buns were hard and not even hot cheese wasn't even melted. Fries was fresh however. Not to mention u advertise this new shrimp just for yall to not have it or you just didn't want to cook it. His customers service is terrible and if he is a manager I feel sorry for this restaurant.

Home of the Little bitty Burger, that I used to be able to eat by the dozens, this is verifiable by the one and only Luke Prescott. Like everything else, krystals has changed over the years. And not every chang is gor the good. The burger quality had gone down, while the price keeps going up and up. I'm starting to sound like old folks

Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager came out to my car after we sat and waiting on my food (4 krystals with cheese, no onions and fries and a drink) for 30 minutes. She asked for my receipt and I gave her the receipt and NICELY told her we had been waiting 30 minutes, she told me "you aint waited no 30 minutes." I asked her for the time on the receipt she said 7:14p.m. and I explained to her that it was already 7:46p.m. and yes I HAD been waiting 30 minutes. The tea they gave me was sour. When they finally brought the food out, the burger had onions, they were not even Luke warm, and the bread was stale. I tried to call multiple times they wouldn't answer. When they finally did, they hung up on me. (Yes I should have checked my food before pulling off, I was ill and hungry, and just over everything at that point)This was at the North Slappey location. They need a new manager, asap. Don't work with people of you're going to be rude.

I ordered extra bacon..they Literally took one piece of bacon and broke it in half to make it look like it was allot. I was totally angered! So tired of paying my money and NOT getting what I pay for! Shame! Shame!

Definitely not recommending this restaurant to anyone. It took forever for our food to be ready, even told us to pull to the side then it took even longer. I asked for no pickles, and all my Krystal burgers had pickles on them, smh. ??♀️??♀️ gave us burnt doughnut holes and they were so hot they burned thru the tray and glaze was spilled all on the bag, what a mess. I spent way too much money here for the horrible service and food.

Went inside to order. Only one person was taking orders for drive thru and counter. It took 20 minutes to order and get my food. My corndogs were burnt. The diet coke was nasty ?.Kid-friendliness: She was very friendly.

Don't over expect..but the customer service was actually good..we didn't have to pull up. The Krystal Chiks tasted different than I remember. Krystal's were pretty good though. The fries are top 5!
