I was immediately impressed by this restaurant, as a young man was outside cleaning the glass door. It seems rare to see a business taking care of small things like that. Ordering was easy enough with the kiosk. When my name was called, the man holding the tray with my food asked me to wait just a moment. Customer service was top tier food came fast but my tacos must of been sitting a minute before I got cause the bottom was super soggy couldn’t finish it still great services and I tore them beef loaded fries up Y’all gotta go!

Taco Bell on Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia, impressed me with their new cheesy chicken crispanada—it was excellent! The spicy ranch sauce that accompanies it is a definite plus. Service was efficient and quick, especially with the kiosk ordering system. However, I docked a star because the floor was noticeably dirty around the booths, indicating a need for better maintenance in that area. Otherwise, the place was clean and provided a satisfying dining experience.
