Taco Bell on Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia, impressed me with their new cheesy chicken crispanada—it was excellent! The spicy ranch sauce that accompanies it is a definite plus. Service was efficient and quick, especially with the kiosk ordering system. However, I docked a star because the floor was noticeably dirty around the booths, indicating a need for better maintenance in that area. Otherwise, the place was clean and provided a satisfying dining experience.

I was immediately impressed by this restaurant, as a young man was outside cleaning the glass door. It seems rare to see a business taking care of small things like that. Ordering was easy enough with the kiosk. When my name was called, the man holding the tray with my food asked me to wait just a moment. He took the tray to the back and I heard him say to another employee (not rudely, but instructively) "you have to make it look appetizing". They stacked the tacos up and made the tray look neat before presenting it to me. The dining room was spotless. When I was done eating, the same man who made sure the tray was orderly looking was standing outside and asked with a smile how everything was. I found out his name was Carlisle and that he was the manager. Thank you Carlisle, for doing the little things that add up to a great experience.

10/23/2023Stopped in for lunch. Not crowded, interior clean, staff working in harmony, it appeared.Got my meal and went outside to the veranda. The outside PA system was a little loud, which interfered with watching a movie. While I was eating, I noticed the tables had dirt in the joints (cracks) and were dusty. They need a hard bristle brush to get in the cracks.Having traveled the world, outside cafe tables are wiped off hourly.
