Management doesn't pay attention to the order and like to accuse people of trying to get free food. It's only the African American slender man look like he is between the age 60-70.
Employees are very friendly and professional! I love the food and service!

Jack's Family Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. On certain mornings, the restaurant may appear to be in disarray, with employees arguing or idle in the dining area, and a lack of attention to details such as a non-functioning fireplace and dirty exterior doors. However, the restaurant's prices are reasonable and the TV in the dining area is of high quality. Additionally, the restaurant serves both fast and fresh food with friendly and polite staff, and the dining area and restrooms are exceptionally clean. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with large ramps and doors at both entrances. Overall, the service and experience can be exceptional, with staff going out of their way to provide warm greetings, good food, and friendly conversation, making it a great place to stop and rest.
