I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at the Jack’s location on North Slappey in Albany, Georgia, Shanterilla and Mrs.Stepheny. They are both extremely hardworking and always make sure the restaurant is clean and welcoming when I come in. They never hesitate to make sure my chicken is fresh and hot, and they consistently provide great customer service. Jack’s is my favorite restaurant, and I visit daily or every other day. Jack's Family Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. On certain mornings, the restaurant may appear to be in disarray, with employees arguing or idle in the dining area, and a lack of attention to details such as a non-functioning fireplace and dirty exterior doors. However, the restaurant's prices are reasonable and the TV in the dining area is of high quality. Additionally, the restaurant serves both fast and fresh food with friendly and polite staff, and the dining area and restrooms are exceptionally clean. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with large ramps and doors at both entrances. Overall, the service and experience can be exceptional, with staff going out of their way to provide warm greetings, good food, and friendly conversation, making it a great place to stop and rest.
