Absolutely the best Zaxbys I have ever ate at. First we came in with a bus load of kids and adults and the staff was like let’s go. 2nd the employees are very sweet and very nice and but the manager on duty Mr. Jerestin* was absolutely the best. He was playing with the kids and making them smile and asked everyone of us multiple times how he could help or make our visit better. This was and is what customer service is all about. Gotta give props when its due. This might be the BEST RAN zaxbys in the whole state. Service was fast and food was fresh. The kitchen stays busy but pumps out fresh chicken fast. The star was a Lady named Ariel and goes by Nyia she greeted me as soon as I walked in then took my order with a smile. My husband and I ordered two grilled chicken sandwich meals, and two salads, mine was the Zensational salad, which comes with an eggroll. I put my salad directly in the refrigerator to eat for lunch the next day. Yesterday {Friday} I ended up at my company's food truck paying for food because my Zensational salad had a fly in it.
