Their Hawaiian Punch slushy, is not a slushy. Like their ice cream machines don't work! I think we will not be going to McDonald's any more. Their service and product SUCKS! There is something always wrong at both McDonald's in Madison FL. The one in town always looks trashy. Management needs to step up and Manage!
The best customer service anytime of the day. The food is always fresh. They go above and beyond. Tonight I stopped in late after work to get a bunch of teenagers ice cream. The service was out of this world. ? I hope someone sees this and shows them that their hard work is greatly appreciated.

Waited over 10 minutes for 3 simple burgers and 2 fries, all 3 were supposed to be plain 2 with onion, my 2 had everything but onion. Ridiculous. We were the only people in line. The place was updated but danky.
