I love Waffel house.I ordered 2 sandwiches, to go. I was quite surprised that they added on a 10% surcharge for it being a To Go order. They also added a 15% gratuity to be split between the server who took the order and the cook. That is a total of 25% added to your total.I was a server for over 30 years and except for large parties a tip was never automatically added.
