They'll bring you your food. But they don't have time anymore to give you that ketchup or refill that you have to request in person, if they are present for you to request it... McDonald's is so different than it was when I was young!
It's Mc Donald's. You know what you're getting into in terms of overall quality; however, this is my go to Mc Donald's in Tallassee. The staff is always on point and kind and the food has always been made to order. The experience today was not great! I usually enjoy the food, but not today. The chicken nuggets were way overcooked. I ate them because I was on a time constraint. Also, the Hi-C orange drink was very watered down. The fries were not crispy like the usually are. And there were some machines beeping loudly for almost the entire time we were there eating.
