Firehouse Subs Tallahassee #3 is a restaurant that stands out for its exceptional customer service. The staff, including the manager, consistently go above and beyond to rectify any mistakes with orders. Although there have been cleanliness issues in the past, the team's kindness and attention to detail help make up for it. The meatball sub, customized with green peppers and black olives, remains a highlight of the menu, expertly prepared to perfection. Customers appreciate the quick service and the ability to order ahead through the Firehouse Rewards App, which offers various free items and sandwiches throughout the year. However, some recent feedback mentioned disappointment with the Turkey cranberry/dressing Sub due to too much dressing and not enough turkey, although this is not the norm for the restaurant. Overall, this location is recommended for fast sandwiches using Boar's Head meat and higher-quality products.
