I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Ms. Tilly! She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She made sure my order was prepared perfectly, worked efficiently, and had such a positive attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her customers. Workers here were beyond helpful. Never had such positive energy in a Subway before. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my sub, I decided I would eat it inside. I was feeling a bit parched and went up to the counter to ask for a water cup…but I never got the chance. The manager somehow read my mind and handed me one before I said a word.

First, the food was good! But even more important were the 2 ladies serving everyone. There was a very needy customer in front of us and a long line behind us. They worked as fast as they could while at the same time accommodating the needy customer in front of us with kindness and patience. Well done ladies 👏
