“Stopped into this location on a whim and glad we did. Great location, very clean and quick. The guys working there were really friendly. I'm a big fan of the buffalo chicken, but it's always fun to make your own sandwich on a paper bag menu, then sit down and relax for awhile. Definitely get the fries & which-sauce. “Every time I come to this location there is nothing but good vibes and food. During my visit today I was greeted by Everest and Kelsey. They have amazing customer service!! Everyone at this location is always super polite and they always ensure I have a quality experience. The food is always fresh and taste good every time. 10/10 all around !!!“
“My husband and I shared a medium sharp italian sub and it was perfect. When we left he was wishing we had gotten the 2ft sub to take home. Since we aren't in Tallahassee very often, I'm sure that's what we'll be doing next time.“
“I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. The croissant itself was hard on the bottom, which took away from the sandwich. The loaded potato soup had too much cheese and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I love Chicken Salad Chick but today was a horrible experience!“

“I got a tuna salad salad and my husband got a Monster turkey sandwich. It was reasonable. The salad (I soon learned) is from a salad bar. “Ok, I have been to over 20 different Jimmy John’s locations and this one has awesome by the book customer service. Having traveled all over the US while in the military and for business since I retired I see all kinds of places. This one was top notch tonight for sure. My family had been on the road for over 8 hours on our trip to Disney World and I wanted a great #16 Jimmy John’s for dinner before bed and I got much more than that. The guys there made me smile and where very nice. Great job.“

“I recently found out that Firehouse has gluten free bread. I called today to find out their gluten free process before I ordered. I was thrilled to find out that they clean the station, use foil to toast the gluten free bread on, use separate knives, and the employee making the gluten free sandwich washes their hands and change their gloves. I was able to eat my first Firehouse subs since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and it was amazing! Thank you to Jonathan and team for taking such good care of this gluten free gal!!“

Firehouse corporate should check this store out to see how it should be done.
