“Subway prepared meals for our school sports team before games this season. We had 19 games and subway had our orders completed perfectly on time every game day. Everyone who works at subway is very kind and provided the best service. My family is a longtime SouthWood subway customer as well and we love the food and service. Great job subway!“

“The Governor Square location did not disappoint 4/28/26 I was in and out , I was greeted with a smile and full attention .Tay was so kind to make my French fries nice and crispy and I requested light cheese and light ranch and she delivered ! It was the best I’ve had in a long time !! If they keep this up they will put Jersey Mikes out of business !!!!!“

“The staff. The staff. The staff. If I could give more stars I would. My daughter and I frequent this location often. Life has been extremely tough in all aspects but today was extra hard. I lost my job, wallet was lost, and my phone was on the fritz. I ordered our food and couldn't pay. The line was getting backed up because of me the guys told me don't worry we'll pay for y'all food. This moment completely broke me down due to my pride I kept saying no thank you but I knew my daughter was hungry and would be sad. I finally agreed and I swear this was the BEST tear soaked sandwich. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This crew reminded me there really is still good people in this world.“

“Workers here were beyond helpful. Never had such positive energy in a Subway before. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my sub, I decided I would eat it inside. I was feeling a bit parched and went up to the counter to ask for a water cup…but I never got the chance. The manager somehow read my mind and handed me one before I said a word.

The customer service here is on another level. At this point, I’m convinced if my sandwich needed extra mayo, it would just materialize before I even realized I wanted it.“

“I love Jersey Mikes truly I do, but on occasion the staff can be rude. And more often than I care to see, the lettuce is brown and rusty or dark green and a little slimey. That's the only reason I can't give them 5 stars.“

“Ok, I have been to over 20 different Jimmy John’s locations and this one has awesome by the book customer service. Having traveled all over the US while in the military and for business since I retired I see all kinds of places. This one was top notch tonight for sure. My family had been on the road for over 8 hours on our trip to Disney World and I wanted a great #16 Jimmy John’s for dinner before bed and I got much more than that. The guys there made me smile and where very nice. Great job.“

“Great service, very good sandwhiches. We had 4 boys with us, so we had 6 sandwiches. The man in front of us was ordering 4 sandwiches and there were others in line. There were only 2 employees and they knocked it out. To have a good sandwich and still be fast, is rare. They take their job serious and I love that. I didn't get their names but it was 2 weekends ago on a Friday afternoon. Anyway they need a raise!“

“Excellent staff. They take the time to make it right. I love the new ultimate Italian but this is the only subway of several I've tried (both in Florida and Georgia) that take the time to toast the butter and cheese before adding the meat then toasting again. That step makes all the difference so that the bread isn't soggy. The management obviously cares and it shows from hiring to food products.“
