I used to hate going to this place because the service was so bad. They’ve recently gone under new management and one of the employees. Jacoby is literally so sweet, professional and patient with my indecisive order. He always gives great suggestions. I’m always happy when I see that he’s cooking. Top-tier customer service.
The GM and employees were AMAZING!!! The food was great as well!
Stopped by Charleys and the food was fresh, hot, and so good! Even better was the customer service. Ms. Chasity was so kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great food and even greater hospitality. I'll definitely be back!
