The black guys in there clearly were more worried about the females walking up and saying hello then pushing out customers orders. So much so to getting the order wrong and over cooking the bacon and meat. When approached they had a “no care attitude “ there’s five people behind the counter and took 28 minutes to get our food. Definitely disrespectful

Pretty disappointed in this place. The girl at the counter was in her phone in between every customer and made sure to text someone before she greeted me. The California cheesesteak was below average too. If you’re looking for a place to eat, don’t go here lol. I paid $16 for my sandwich and a strawberry lemonade. Way too expensive for sub par food.

I ate there 07/31/2023 while shopping, it was over 100 degrees outside and I got a drink, I finished it on the way to the car and just happened to take the lid off…I have left voicemails which have yet to be responded to by the Manager, to which this will stay posted on the reviews. I have also left voicemails with the health department. This is disgusting and should be unacceptable, but here we are. Attaching photo…

Terrible experience. Only customer in line and waited 15 minutes to order while the cook talked to his friend who came to visit him. For this to be the only one in Tallahassee is sorry. Never coming again.
My $50.00 was all wrong, i cannot even eat my sandwhich, it has peppers, oinion, lettuce, tom, so i cannot eat it, so my hard earned 50.00 is down the freaking drain!! you can't call because it goes straight to freaking voicemail!!! bad bad bad!! so i have no food for lunch!!

We attempted to eat here tonight arriving at 6:50 only to be observed by 3 workers on the clock shootin the bobo.. when one spoke up a minute later to say, "we closed sir"?Okee dokee...thx for the past service and cheesesteaks but we won't be subscribing to this restaurant anymore futuristically. way too many restaurants are closing early and i say > good luck to ya✌

Don’t order door dash from here the won’t prepare the order til all of the front counter guest are helped first. They don’t care about a pick up time they agreed to have the food ready by and in store guest are more important that online orders who already prepaid their food . This is unfair to drivers an online guest
