Got the meatball and added green peppers and black olives. This Firehouse fixed it just right, put the olives and peppers on before cheese, then heated it. Other Firehouse puts them on after heated, so they are cold on sandwich. Definitely will get it again at this Firehouse.

What happened to the super nice white-haired lady? She was always so sweet and you could tell she cared about customers and staff. I would NOT recommend the Philly Cheesesteak. That was close to the nastiest tasting Philly I've ever tried. Went back to the counter, told the manager, and ordered a different sandwich. The prior manager would have switched out sandwiches. Not this one. I've always visited this Firehouse. Not anymore.

I eat a large Italian every week. Absolute favorite sandwich. This is my first time at this location. Should have left before my wife and I even ordered. Wasn’t very sanitized and my favorite sandwich was ruined by an overpowering amount of lettuce hardly any sauce and I’m assuming one slice of meat. Been a defeating day and my appetite forced me to eat without confrontation. One and done
