I went to the drive thru I order steak egg and cheese and a number 2 and a caramel frappe. I was told there was no caramel but was giving a hot caramel iced coffee. The coffee was not cold. I was was given a bacon bagel instead of steak. I was given just a sausage egg McMuffin instead of meal. Terrible customer service.

Picked up a door dash. The staff cleared their time counter nearly 10 minutes before giving me the order. Misleading the app and making my delivery time look poor. The staff was very rude and dismissive when I asked them why they stopped the timer.Unethical way to make themselves look good when they were very poor at their job

Service here is horrible!!!! I have 30 minutes of dinner break. I placed my order at the drive-thru. I was told after I paid to pull over to the parking area, and they would bring it out. After 16 minutes of waiting, I finally walked in. It took 2 minutes before anyone asked if I was placing an order at the inside register. I asked for the manager. Was then told they were not there. I explained I had been waiting 18 minutes for a burger and fries. The cashier walked over, got the bag with the burger in it, and said it would be a few more minutes on the fries. I got just the burger and left. This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to and will not be back.

The experience today was not great! I usually enjoy the food, but not today. The chicken nuggets were way overcooked. I ate them because I was on a time constraint. Also, the Hi-C orange drink was very watered down. The fries were not crispy like the usually are. And there were some machines beeping loudly for almost the entire time we were there eating. Finally, right before we left, someone turned them off. It was very annoying that whatever was beeping, the employees just kept letting it beep. I also don't like that they took the drink machine away. We had to go to the counter to get a refill. Instead of filling the cup given to us, they gave us a new cup. That seems like a waste. One of the employees had an earbud in his ear. Which could have caused him to not hear when we were talking to him about the drink refill. I was very disappointed in our experience last night.

I had proof of my order and payment in the mobile app, but the manager claimed she was not able to make it.Instead, I was told to go to customer service. I submitted a complaint and was told my refund would need to come from the individual McDonald's location and the management would contact me. At this point, they were just wasting my time over $10 they wrongfully took from me.No one ever called or followed up. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back that way. I guess this McDonald's location just enjoys taking people's money.It's hard to fail to deliver the expected level of service of a McDonald's, but these geniuses managed to do that.

They suck and they are very lazy and don’t have the customer first only there feelings they bring from home! Got a pancake platter and when I got ready to eat it I had no syrup or a fork! ??! NEVER will go there again and imma make sure nobody I know will also! Very Lazy and not customer ready! Just really sad! That’s why I eat at Food trucks cause the restaurants sucks! ????This was at 7:00am- 2-24-24! Worst McDonalds in Tallahassee or probably the world! Pay your money and they treat you like they giving it to you for free! If I was the franchise owner I would fire everybody!
