So I'm going to start this with by saying when it comes to the food service industry I'm probably one of the most understanding people there is. So saying that management listen up. I visited today and the day before Easter during lunch time I placed an order through the mobile app and I had accidentally sent it inside while going through the drive-thru. Ordered online in the McDonalds app for pick up at 10pm on a Saturday. The app showed the store open and accepting orders. Showed up and the front door was locked, waited in at the drive through mic for a awhile…no answer, drove up to the window and loooked the employees in the eyes and they refused to open the window.
