I love jersey mikes but this location must hire anybody! I’ve tried the drive thru several times and NEVER got serviced to the point where I know to not even attempt it anymore. When I asked about it I was told “they’re too busy and understaffed to tend to it & that it isn’t their priority. My family and I love Jerseys and visit frequently. Today we went for dinner around 6:30pm, upon walking in we saw an employee just sitting in the lobby chillin. He told us they were out of bread, no subs, and that he started his shift at 5pm and didn't have time to make any, so he was just turning people away and riding the clock. I know that can't be good for the owners business. We will still visit in the future, but thought you guys should know what's going on at the Southwood...read full review

It would be nice to have more updated accurate times of when they’re actually open and closed since it says they close at 9 but the doors are locked at 8:45 and they ignore people by the doors and hangout in the back. 28 May 24. Will come back in future to update review.
