I frequent this #mcdonalds alot… and I will have to say the service is terrible.30 minutes for a hamburger meal ???Yet all the employees working today have plenty of time to visit and chat.Cold #frenchfries really???At least make sure that the customers who have to wait get #hotfries !!I don’t know who the “manager” is at the location… but very poor service, cold food, and making your customers wait is not good.Please address this immediately

So I'm going to start this with by saying when it comes to the food service industry I'm probably one of the most understanding people there is. So saying that management listen up. I visited today and the day before Easter during lunch time I placed an order through the mobile app and I had accidentally sent it inside while going through the drive-thru. So had it been busy I would have maybe understood the response I've gotten out of the young lady working the drive-thru window but seeing as there was one car in line and nobody waiting inside this response was unacceptable. She told me that I could not go through the drive-thru and I had to come inside to get the order and by the time I pulled back around and parked the vehicle and came inside the order was already ready so it wasn't like it was going to be a big deal but the part that makes me infuriated is that the young lady that couldn't hand me my order through the window was sitting there on her cell phone. Which is unacceptable so you're telling me that I had to get out of my vehicle because of an accident that I could not change in the app because she had too much to talk about on her phone. That girl need to go and I'll be happy to change your rating back to a five because I loved this McDonald's but this was unacceptable behavior by a customer service staff. And like I said I could be understanding had it been busy and had it maybe have caused a confusion somewhere but there was one other person inside and out.

Ordered online in the McDonalds app for pick up at 10pm on a Saturday. The app showed the store open and accepting orders. Showed up and the front door was locked, waited in at the drive through mic for a awhile…no answer, drove up to the window and loooked the employees in the eyes and they refused to open the window. Which like, if y’all are closed just open the window and tell me that so I can cancel my order???? Called several times and it just rang rang rang. I’d like to get a refund but I can’t even get ahold of the store to do so?????

Went here today at 5:00 with only 1 vehical infront of us and 1 behind us - placed an order for 6 original sheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 1 large coke & q medium Sprite our bill was said to be $30.00 with no receipt given.Got to the second window and was give a bag w 3 frieds and handed 1 large coke.Let them know we had asked for 1 med Sprite and not 3 fries only 2 fries.10 mins later after being told that's what the cashier put in and telling them it was wrong finally just took the food and left.This is the 3rd time we have been to this McDonalds and had this type of service - 1st time out of these 3 visits we walked in and was ignored by all staff and after 20 mins left without one employee asking anything or even acknowledge us standing there with no one else in the restaurant.The 2nd time waited for 30 mins for 1 sausage biscuit and a coffee.NEVER AGAIN will we go to this store.McDonalds needs to make a visit to this branch to see the type of business it is running and the employees that are there working hard are overlooked by the ones that do not care about the customer service.

If you’re expecting a quick bite at night. Dont come to this McDonald’s. They have 2 people working on nights and I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes for no one to talk to me just to drive around to see them doing nothing but sitting on their phones not doing a thing. Horrible horrible

Ordered through the mobile app and sat at the curbside pickup for 15 minutes waiting for a large mocha fappe which was all I ordered. Finally called the store just for them to tell me they were out of ice. They didn't even have the decency to come tell me this and just let me sit there waiting for something they couldn't provide. Never even offered to replace it with something else.
