This location definitely needs new management. We waited over 25 minutes for two hamburgers, fries and two drinks. Finally left without getting 1 of the drinks and our order was wrong. The staff was only helping customers in the drive-through while everyone stood around waiting inside. There was at least 12-14 customers waiting inside for their food and all complaining on the wait and horrible service. Very slow, food was cold!
The kiosk said to take a number and sit down and they bring the food to you. They didn’t bring it to me. They yelled and yelled and yelled my number until I went up there and got it myself. Supposed to have unsweet tea and it was full of sugar. As for a double cheeseburger with extra onions. It had zero pickles on it and zero onions. People screaming and yelling on the phone by the entrance. Some dude standing on the way, trying to start trouble by the napkins and straws...read full review

McDonald's in Eupora is a reliable spot for breakfast and lunch, with courteous staff and generally solid food. The interior seating is small, and there is not much available on curbside, so getting there early is recommended. Ordering on mobile and picking up at the counter remains a convenient option. The food is often fresh, hot, and delicious, with portions that are fantastic—two extra meals if you're taking it home. The menu items are some of the best tried, and there are very nice wine selections. The manager and staff work hard to prepare orders quickly, and staff members, like Paul, are friendly and memorable. Despite busy periods, such as during a recent college game event when they ran out of food, efforts are made to improve. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and parking is appreciated. Overall, the restaurant has come a long way, providing great food and service.
