My last experience was absolutely terrible. I placed a pick up order, was notified that it was ready. Got there and not only was it not ready, but there were several other people who faced the same
They literally outsource their phone order taker... I called the other week and the guy sounded like he was from india in a call center with other phones ringing in the background and he had to ask what location i was trying to order from. It was very strange.

Called in order for take out. Although a call center, calltaker was courteous, pleasant and checked twice to make sure I was to pick up at the right location.At the location I came in to find staff cleaning the lobby. I was addressed immediately and a check for my order was made. I had a pleasant conversation and she was very courteous and I had to compliment the cleanliness of their store, front and kitchen area. Food was ready ahead of schedule and hot. Great job!!
