They put the toppings UNDER the cheese for some god forsaken reason and it just ruins the pizza every time. PLEASE STOP PUTTING TOPPINGS UNDER CHEESE.... The cheese cannot properly adhere to the crust, the pizza cannot properly cook, so then when you go take a bite of this undercooked pizza the whole cheese pepperoni amalgamation just slides off leaving me with marinara bread. IT IS FREAKING DISGUSTING. I used to work at Hungry Howies and we NEVER put toppings under the cheese unless specifically requested, because it's a horrible way to make pizza.

Pre ordered a large order 4 hours early and it never came. The tracker said the order was complete an hour and a half after the expected delivery time. I tried calling the store for over an hour and no one ever answered. Terrible horrible service. I had 20 people over and no food. Hungry Howies has let me down before but never this bad.

Called in order for take out. Although a call center, calltaker was courteous, pleasant and checked twice to make sure I was to pick up at the right location.At the location I came in to find staff cleaning the lobby. I was addressed immediately and a check for my order was made. I had a pleasant conversation and she was very courteous and I had to compliment the cleanliness of their store, front and kitchen area. Food was ready ahead of schedule and hot. Great job!!

Ordered at the counter, discusses different options, ordered a Howies Special got a god damn veggie pizza with no meat and tomatoes on the pizza. I even asked for black olives to be put on the special and was charged extra for them, yet they come on a veggie anyway.
