15 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER TO GIVE THE CODE FOR A PREPAID ORDER! THERE WERE 6 OTHER CARS WAITING!
WE DROVE TO THE WINDOW; NO ONE WAS THERE WENT TO THE SECOND WINDOW AND SAW TWO EMPLOYEES AND NOTHING.
ONE EMPLOYEE CAME TO THE WINDOW AND LOOKED OVER OUR CAR, SAID NOTHING, AND CLOSED IT.
AFTER 25 MINUTES, WE LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND AGGRAVATED!!!
THIS PLACE SHOULD JUST CLOSE!!!

Ordered my food at 1am got here a little over ten minutes after, and I’ve been waiting for an hour. Got told to pull forward to window three; I did, waited 20 minutes for my food just to see a worker through the window walk around with my food, ask people outside, but never came to the other side. So we know no communication happened at all in the kitchen area. This place is slow as crap. And my food is now cold.
