“Truly the best Chipotle in Tallahassee. Compared to the others, this Chipotle has the friendliest employees, quickest service, and always has their ingredients in stock. I drive out of my way and past two other Chipotles to come to this one because the service and food is that much better.“

“I went to the first location the one on Tennessee Street it smelled like old raw chicken as soon as I walked in and the food counters looked a hot mess. I turned right back around and I said I guess I’ll just take a chance and go to the one on Gaines. When I tell you this location was spotless. It smelled like fresh cleaning products with a hint of cilantro and lime in the air of course from the food. All the food was stocked and looked delicious . The difference was actually insane. I found out I can’t stock my reward points so that was a bummer but other than that good job Gaines Street!“
“Excellent customer service! They always have everything and if they’re out, they don’t have any problem making more. The closest one to my house is on Apalachee. I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this one instead. Food is always fresh and they always have everything I had to reiterate that because there’s nothing more frustrating than waiting in a long line just to get to the front and realize they’re missing four out of the five things you want in your bowl.
