Im giving minimal stars cause they charged me for guac they didn't have and did not offer a solution other than coming back to the store. My card should have never been charged for guac on a pickup order. They should have called to let me know they were out.

The worst chipotle location by far. For some reason i’m eating my bowl and i’m CRUNCHING on undercooked rice. I didn’t see them change their gloves after manhandling the toppings and it looks a hot mess behind the counter. The underdone rice really did it for me though and to top that all off I wanted regular lemonade and for some reason it’s a brown substance coming out of the dispenser. 0/10 would not come again. If I could put 0 stars i would.

I dont like this location. The staff does not recognize their customers when they come in. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now because I have to wait until 11:30 for my pick up order that should have been ready at 10:30. When I went to pick up my food, me and another customer walked in together. 2 other people walked out with nothing.
