I made a online order for pick up and I'll never do that again. If and when I do return to Chipotle, I will have my food made in front of me to ensure that what I ask for is actually put on the burrito. I ordered 2 burritos, both with chicken and one with extra chicken and there was hardly any chicken on either burrito. I also asked for guacamole and there was hardly any on my burrito. Came in to order two chicken al pastors. After waiting for nearly 5 minutes just to place my order, wound up standing and waiting for an additional 15 for the chicken. I almost wound up leaving. No apology, no explanation, no offer to make it right. Nothing. Terrible service.
