I made a online order for pick up and I'll never do that again. If and when I do return to Chipotle, I will have my food made in front of me to ensure that what I ask for is actually put on the burrito. I ordered 2 burritos, both with chicken and one with extra chicken and there was hardly any chicken on either burrito. I also asked for guacamole and there was hardly any on my burrito. They may have well had been vegetarian due to the lack of meat. This was the worst burrito that I've ever had from Chipotle. I should be comped 2 free burritos to make up for this awful order that I received today. This was the absolute worst meal I've ever experience at a Chipolte restaurant.Benevalar Riley

Came in to order two chicken al pastors. After waiting for nearly 5 minutes just to place my order, wound up standing and waiting for an additional 15 for the chicken. I almost wound up leaving. No apology, no explanation, no offer to make it right. Nothing. Terrible service.

We have given this place a few tries - first time a few years ago was good. In the past year everything about this Chipotle has gone down the crapper. Literally.We ordered carry out on app. Food wasn't ready so we waited inside. Tables and floor dirty, food all over the place.The people working there not friendly at all - and I'm not asking for anything more than decent customer service- it's non-existent at this location.As for the food hubby got beef when he ordered chicken in a burrito - and it was all on one side (it should be spread throughout).I ordered a salad with chicken and beans - got probably 1/2 pound of beans - no chicken. Lord knows what kinda action that would give me if I ate it all. Neither of us finished our meals - just gross.I reached out and got a refund from corporate as we took our food to go. There were other issues with the order but you get the idea.We won't be going back here again - hubby told me my food's better anyway - just another sign to keep me in the kitchen - much healthier and safer for the tummy. ?❤️????

Don't go to this establishment if you want poor customer services and VOMIT your food after eating!!! I've only had one good experience at this location and that was two years ago, it has not been the same ever since. Initially, I did not like this location because the proportions were not good. I went here a year ago and got a chicken bowl with brown rice, chicken, guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce with chips. I get the same meal every time. When I brushed my teeth I threw up in my sink. I thought maybe I just got done eating and I rushed it. I didn't think anything of it. I even ate at other locations in Tallahassee. Never had an issue. Last Friday, I went and order my usual meal. By the time I'm almost done with my meal I feel a little funny. I start gagging like I'm about to throw up. Before you know it I am throwing up in my bowl. Now this is my second time vomiting from eating at this location. I've come to the conclusion this location is unsanitary and needs to be inspected immediately. I guarantee something was old in that bowl. A year ago I think it was the guacamole and this time its was the rice. Not to be TMI but I can tell by the color each time I have vomited from eating their food. Never again will I eat here and I recommend everyone else do the same. They are not clean and you will be sick just like me.

Mehh.. food was cold, come on maaan, my hotel was only 3 minutes away, holiday inn Google it. And they put the forks in upside so the whole town fingers your food basically. Point being, this location is inconsistent with the better rated Chipotles.
Not a real restaurant. If this is the future of Chipotle. Good riddance.
