That was a horrible experience...I ordered on line but they never confirm my order...I try to call the restaurant and I spend 1 hour trying to talk with someone in the restaurant but they never answer the phone...terrible people..terrible service..period...
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Upon arriving to the store, I tried to place my order inside and the waitress was rude and said that she did NOT place orders inside and that it was only an order online thing and walked away. This place is terrible!!!! I ordered door dash and both of my dashers made blank trips to this place because the company didn't want to make my food. I work full time and have kids and I was really depending on this order! Thanks alot, you guys have no customer service!!!!! FYI without customers you can't make money!!
