Firehouse Subs in Tallahassee

“I believed that I previously reviewed this establishment, but I had not. I am telling this because I had so many good things to say about Firehouse Subs. As you may already know, the food is almost always amazing. They have six ( four person ) tables and a few small outside tables. There is always a good crowd in here and they play good music with a few small TV's to watch. The employees are always cheerful and quick to take your order. I spoke to the shift manager who's name was Chris and he was so...SO helpful. They didn't know I was a reviewer and yet treated me like they knew I was. They would be a great place for a vegetarian to get a sub here also as the veggies are fresh and plentiful. There is quite a lot of parking. Go today...bring your appetite. Five stars plus👍“

“I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.

Dietary restrictions: It is possible to tweak the dietary needs of most. I really like the gluten free bread. I was glad that it wasn’t a wrap like everyone else has. I felt more like I was eating a sub.“

“Tyler, the general manager, was extremely helpful today after we had a fallout with doordash. Our order was picked up by our dasher, but they never delivered it. When we called Firehouse, he was so incredibly helpful and understanding! He actually called doordash management, called us back, and decided to remake our order AND drive to drop it off to us himself! 10/10 amazing service and we are so so grateful for him and his hard work that he put into making sure we got our food! Thank you again Tyler, you are AMAZING!“

“I love coming here on my lunch break. The staff that works here are very friendly, helpful and their attitude is always pleasant. The manager is always friendly and her customers service is always very good. Not to mention my salad is always prepared fresh and very presentable.“

“I've never thought about a sandwich being so great...especially being grannys .number one fan of ..growing up on Grannys famous home grown tomatoes and mayo sandwhich....sorry granny.....but Fire House is where its at. ..!
