“The 5-Stars is because this is the single BEST firehouse sub store i've ever been to. It is managed VERY WELL and has awesome employees. Firehouse corporate should check this store out to see how it should be done. Its easily 5x as fast as the other Tally FH storesConsistently good, i work down the road and eat here every week.Note - it gets busy at lunch, so use the app if you dont want to wait, but no matter what, you won't wait long.“

“I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.Dietary restrictions: It is possible to tweak the dietary needs of most. I really like the gluten free bread. I was glad that it wasn’t a wrap like everyone else has. I felt more like I was eating a sub.“

“Got the meatball and added green peppers and black olives. This Firehouse fixed it just right, put the olives and peppers on before cheese, then heated it. Other Firehouse puts them on after heated, so they are cold on sandwich. Definitely will get it again at this Firehouse.“

“I would recommend this place to anyone it's a small little place in a small strip mall on North monroe. You walk in you feel instantly comfortable. The people are extremely generous, caring, and kind. The woman at the counter help me out extremely well with care, and compassion. The manager on duty at the time was Scott. I must say that Scott is one of the best managers I've ever seen working. As a shift manager myself, I want Scott to do his managerial duties with compassion and fairness.. He helped me out in so many ways. There are so many more good things that I can say about Scott. He seems like a great person. I will say the food is amazing they have the best Miss Vickie's chips. There's soda machine actually works well. And from experience I can tell you that this is not what most soda machines actually do. Most don't make the soda well theirs was clean and very well maintained, The counters were beautiful. The floor is clean and swept even in the middle of a busy part of the day. The bathrooms were great. And it being a cold day the heat wasn't up too much. And it wasn't too cold but the best thing was the food is amazing. I would recommend this place to my family,my friends,and all the firefighters, police paramedics and EMTs. This is one great place to go. And I've been to over five Firehouse subs. This is one of the best. I recommend it to everyone.“

“We had a large steak and cheese and it was more than the two of us could eat. They really packed it full of meat. This was our first time at a Firehouse so we were pleasantly surprised. And the staff were very friendly. They must like their jobs.“

“Overall e everything was good I'm not sure if it's because I got wheat bread or not but it was kind of dry. I'm not used to anything from FH being dry. Anyways it was still delicious and I will always prefer FH over any other . You do get your money worth.“
