My wife and I stopped in to have a couple of coffee's around 7:00 pm. We hadn't been in to this location in a number of years. We remembered it used to be a pretty nice spot, but I wouldn't say that now. Staff were okay. Not especially friendly or engaging, but certainly not rude. They just didn't appear to have much of an interest in what they were doing. I would call it "just going through the motions". Starbucks is exactly what you would expect from Starbucks. That is the good thing. The latte is consistently amazing. The team members are always friendly and efficient. The person making the drinks is understandably stressed most of the time. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the expense.

This location never has Cold Brew Options. If you are ordering seasonal items then you are good to go most of the time as they run out of those supplies, too. Whoever is over inventory and ordering needs to step up their game. The staff is friendly. Store is clean.
