Food missing EVERY SINGLE TIME (like entire meals) we order from this location! Try to call restaurant & only get voicemail, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tired of paying exorbitant prices for food & not receiving it! Will not be patronizing this establishment ever again!

Chick-fil-A is a well-known restaurant recognized for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and efficient drive-thru service. The indoor play area is a favorite for children, allowing parents to enjoy their meals in peace. The menu includes vegetarian options like salads and fruit. Customers recommend parking at the nearby Wendy's lot if the Chick-fil-A lot is full, as parking and drive-thru accessibility can be challenging. The drive-thru is often praised for its quick service, although the in-store experience can vary, with some customers noting issues with food quality and order accuracy. There are reports of a bad smell in the store that needs attention. Despite some concerns about rising prices and smaller portion sizes, Chick-fil-A maintains a family-friendly dining atmosphere with a focus on convenience and customer satisfaction. Overall, it remains a popular choice in the area, especially as Bannerman Crossing continues to grow.
