My wife and I stopped in to have a couple of coffee's around 7:00 pm. We hadn't been in to this location in a number of years. We remembered it used to be a pretty nice spot, but I wouldn't say that now. Staff were okay. Not especially friendly or engaging, but certainly not rude. They just didn't appear to have much of an interest in what they were doing. I would call it "just going through the motions". Wait for 30 minutes (30 minutes past the estimated time for pickup) for a mobile order of a cold brew though every employee is working hard. This store definitely needs to figure out its staffing issues.
i love this place so much! everyone is so nice and helpful, they even take time to learn their customers names. i've been in there when they're really busy and they still greet everyone that comes through the door. they make you feel like you're with friends. i gotta shout out seth today, he was an absolute rockstar, he always is. i didn't know what i wanted today and i told him what kind of coffee i liked and he recommended an iced white mocha with salted caramel foam and it...read full review
