Wow. Just wow! Terrible management - employees move at a snail’s pace. I counted 13 to go order people waiting at one point myself included - with nobody coming in off the street to order at the counter. So what’s the issue? Take a field trip to NYC and go into a Starbucks - and watch true baristas in action - no appreciable wait no matter how many people are in line.

I visited Starbucks today on my way to an appointment, which I was late for expecting a quick stop. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to receive 2 drinks and a bakery item. One of the drinks was incorrect, with the barista blaming the cashier. After waiting for the correct drink, my daughter was satisfied with it.We also ordered a banana nut bread, a quick machine preparation. Despite waiting over 10 minutes, we were informed it takes 8 seconds in the machine. I had to inquire about our order after hearing other customers' complaints. The staff mentioned another person was handling the orders. After a bit more waiting, I approached the barista, who was mopping behind the register, and thats was when he informed me it takes 8 second in the machine. Sarcastically ?Throughout the wait, my order was not even placed in the line. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues at this Starbucks. While I wanted to give it another chance, I may prefer going to Target Starbucks in the future due to below-average customer service, ambiance, and drinks. Despite being a Starbucks enthusiast, the experience was disappointing.I believe upper management intervention is necessary to improve the store's operations. Too many bad customer service experiences. I understand that they're often busy. But not acknowledging someone when you’ve overlooked an order for 40 minutes, while others stream in and out of the store, isn’t okay.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Busy city locations such as Atlanta Starbucks are faster than this place. Waited 30 plus minutes on my last three trips. Each of the last two times I told myself I'm never going back. I keep ending up here because it is closest to my house. Filed a corporate complaint a few weeks back. They said they talked to store manager and district manager. I still waited 30 minutes for a café order and watched other people who ordered in line after me get their orders before me. I am officially never returning to this place, for real.

In a dimly lit corner of urban sprawl, I found myself ensnared in the clutches of a Starbucks establishment that bore the unmistakable stamp of neglect. The squalor within whispered tales of disarray—bathrooms marred by the remnants of apathy, where the echoes of cleanliness had long since vacated. A tapestry of chaos unfolded, with unsavory odors and a conspicuous absence of hygiene. Toilet paper, a mere memory lost in the desolation.The aura of discontent wafted through the air, as a cadre of disinterested souls masqueraded as custodians of caffeine, their dispassionate choreography a testament to the malaise that permeated the dismal ambiance. Amidst overflowing refuse and the din of indolence, this Starbucks, once a haven for respite, now stood as a melancholic tableau of neglect—a stain on the otherwise familiar tapestry of my coffee-seeking escapades.

My wife and I stopped in to have a couple of coffee's around 7:00 pm. We hadn't been in to this location in a number of years. We remembered it used to be a pretty nice spot, but I wouldn't say that now. Staff were okay. Not especially friendly or engaging, but certainly not rude. They just didn't appear to have much of an interest in what they were doing. I would call it "just going through the motions". I thought the young man serving us could have been more helpful explaining drink options. He clearly didn't pick up on the fact we weren't regular Starbucks customers. The fact we were asking about types and sizes of drinks should have clued him in. The place needed to be cleaned. Both lounge chairs and tables needed to be wiped down, and the floors weren't swept to pick up the garbage. There were no sugar packets, creamer, milk, etc. at the counter or self-serve area. In our opinion the outside area was unusable. Three homeless people had set up camp and had all their belongings around two of the tables. At least one was smoking, which is obviously allowed, but as non-smokers we don't want to smell it.Overall not a good experience. The coffee's we had were very good, but that was the highlight. It's not particularly comfortable and there really isn't any ambiance. We decided we won't be back.

Ordered online and waited 30 minutes just to never get my order. Manager told me to call corporate to cancel my order. How about you stop taking orders you know you can’t fulfill.

I never leave negative reviews or have even publicly complained about customer service before (I know food/beverage retail is tough and always am kind to the employees), but I have to say I was really disappointed today. There was one nice female cashier, but everyone else was pretty rude to me (for no reason...). After ordering, I was curious and asked the male at the cashier if he knew why some of the drinks were not available to order over the mobile but are available in person. I didn't complain or have any kind of attitude, and I waited to ask when nobody was behind me in line.While the male cashier and another female barista explained why (they basically joined in and talked at me at once, lol), they just seemed really bothered and annoyed (mind you, I only asked the male cashier when I was confused). When I sat back down, I watched the next 4-5 customers arrive in the next 10 minutes and all of them were treated WAY nicer by those two than I was. I don't know if it's because I was Asian, or I somehow did something... it was just a really off-putting feeling that I have never experienced.

I hope you want half a coffee for 6 dollars because if you confront the staff about it they will roll their eyes and tell you that's what you ordered. No ma'am I didn't at all tell you that I wanted half the drink for the full price. Horrible customer service.
