I rarely ever go to Starbucks but my baby girl loves it so I decided to take her after a drs appt she had went along with me to. I was having a hard day trying to hold myself together after a bad diagnosis and placed the order on the app hoping to get it and go. I came to the speaker box and the person on the other side misheard my name, we laughed together and I pulled around. I needed that laugh, tbh. When I pulled around to get my order, Junior was at the window and took time out of his day to speak to me in the most uplifting and encouraging way…to him it was just a conversation, but to me I needed the lift for my spirit. He was absolutely radiant and beautiful and offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. My order was ready promptly, I dropped my tip and was on my way. But, I know that Starbucks stop that I was dreading partially and rushing thru, was right where I needed to be. God is so good! And Junior is absolutely amazing and deserving of everything wonderful.
