“Absolutely love the staff here at Ellianos in Adel! I came through Saturday 10/28/23 and asked for the gator drink I had seen online. They unfortunately didn’t have the recipe for the gator one but they didn’t the Georgia. Well with in a few seconds Brian was handing me the gator drink and said he looked up the recipe. This was awesome customer experience! Going out their way to satisfy a customer! The drink it’s self was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be ordering it again! Thanks team Ellianos.“
“I always thought this location was horrible. Today there was a new girl working the drive-through who had no idea what she was doing. I would be excepting of that if she wasn’t rude. The only thing she bothered to say to me was my total. Then when I got done paying, she proceeded to point for me to go to the next window didn’t even tell me, just pointed. However, the manager on staff was exceptional. There was an issue with how my order was listed and the new girl didn’t know how to fix it. He came to the window and was super polite. When I was handed a toy, it was a toy. My daughter had already received, he went out of his way to see if they had a different toy they could give her. Unfortunately, they did not but the way he handled it was extremely professional and completely exceeded my expectations for McDonald’s. I didn’t get his name, but I’m pretty sure he was a manager because of his shirt, and he had duerag on covering his dreads. It just goes to show that you don’t have to do a lot, but that you should show that you care through the little things.“
