“Suwannee Middle School approached this Dunkin Donut shop for our Teacher Appreciation week about ordering 6 doz donuts and 5 containers of coffee. The manager went above and beyond to help and make sure the order was ready and waiting early for us to serve before school to kick off the week. He also gave a great discount. August 6, 2026 service has gotten better. I was waited on immediately. The person that took my order it was his first day and he did a great job! Sorry I didn’t get his name. There was only one other person in the store. Six workers that I saw. Ordered went to the restroom came back. Had to wait about 10 minutes from start to finish. They had to remake my drink because it had the wrong milk but service was very good this time.
