Ordered a large but had changed the amounts of pumps and they handed me a medium- they did see that it clearly said large and made the change as I pulled forward and waited.
No frills, just a decent quick coffee shop chain. Drive thru is typically really efficient.
The service was excellent. All the staff was curious, professional and they got our orders out quickly. We had a very large group.

Dunkin' is a newer location in a busy area, though the drive thru line was short and ordering was simple. One visit included a large order that had changed amounts of pumps, and although a medium was handed over first, the change was made as the customer pulled forward and waited. The bagels didn't seem to be toasted even though they should have been, and they were smothered in a lot of cream cheese. Being they are training, it took a few extra minutes, but overall it was a decent experience for early morning. The drinks were made correctly with the modifications and tasted wonderful, and the banana cold foam drink was highly enjoyed. Breakfast sandwiches had eggs that were still frozen, and the womens bathroom had no toilet paper and no hand soap. Still, the store has the most sweetest staff, and the young man’s are always so polite. The manager is the sweetest person there, and if there is a problem, talking to him first will make it better.
