first they didnt give me half my order. then I get home just to find out my fries where half cooked. no salt. chicken fries room temp. chicken sandwich cold... yet taste burnt... I hate doing this because everyone has bad days, everyone makes mistakes. but honestly I think it’s important enough to say, what happened today was unacceptable. If you are a business or franchise owner, I don’t care if it’s a Fortune 500 company or the gas station on the corner, learn how to treat people. It’s not hard to be kind.
