Great service and excellent food.
Placed an order over an hour ago. Online it said it'd be ready in 20-30 minutes. When I called to check on it, was told it was about to come out of the oven.
Asked to speak to manager. I'm hungry- kids are hungry. If online would've reflected time I would've made a different decision. No apologies, no trying to make it right from manager. The rude but professionally clipped response "I can cancel your order."
