I used their mobile app each time I ordered. I get there, they have at least 2 employees outside. I walk up to the counter to get my food after waiting the amount of time told on the app and they haven't even seen the order yet, pull the ticket from the printer and I have to wait for them to make my food. Skip this Hardee's.

I was refused lunch even though it was time to order lunch.
Absolutely disgusting, twice i had to take the burgers back because they were cold, you can't even get a hot burger, the third time they just stuck them in the microwave so even the pickels and ketchup was steaming hot . Horrible customer service, They made that sandwich so hot the ketchup and pickles were so gorgeous they burned my mouth, what that person did was criminal. To cause harm to someone. Now hardees replied to this but the like they gave me didn't work.

The staff are always accommodating, professional and courteous. For my frequent experiences, the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. My favorite is the steak biscuits. I would rather have their cheeseburgers, for lunch or dinner, than any other fast food place. The burgers taste better and you can actually taste the beef in the hamburger.

I go often for lunch. Only one time did I get a mixed order but they were very busy that day. The quality of their burgers are like a sit down restaurants. Never gotten an upset stomach there. The employees have always been friendly and quick.
