I got a breakfast platter today and was very disappointed. I know with delivery I would not be as hot as I would like and I was ok with that. The eggs were fried not scrambled. The eggs also had black stuff all over them , like maybe the pan wasn't clean and felt like rubber. The ham was hard. The hash browns were full of grease. The Biscuit was hard and hurt my mouth.

We have a disabled son who had been a good boy at an appointment we promised him Hardee's fries, which are his favorite. We drove up around 1015 am and asked if lunch was being served. Ms. Annie said she would have the back make an order of fries for us. She went above and beyond and we had a happy kid. Great staff and great management.

Absolutely every single time that we go through this drive thru, they leave food out of our order!! I placed a mobile delivery order and paid 11 extra dollars for all of their delivery fees and tip, and they didn't put all my food in that order, and refused to send the rest of the meal that I paid for, they are very rude and cop major attitudes whenever you go back inside to get the rest of the food that they did not put in the bag!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HARDEES THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! And I won't be back until they get new management and changes are made!!

Worst experience ever walked in staff. Member walked by four times never acknowledge. Even though she was the counter staff member I had an online order manager walked by never acknowledge me at the counter 20 minutes later I was able to get my food.

It is about what you expect from a Hardee's. I tried that new BBQ pulled pork Frisco. It was fine, obviously nothing like the pictures they advertise with.
This used to be a good spot to grab a quick bite to eat, but now apparently we can't even do that anymore here. I lost count of how many times we had to correct our order to this girl because she blatantly wasn't listening to us. And when we got our food, we still had a wrong sandwich. The last time we corrected her over the drive thru speaker, she was rude and felt the need to let her mouth run after she already told us she corrected it (which would have been fine if she had left it at that). This is ALSO one of the same girls who I've seen SITTING ON THE COUNTERS. Now, that was the blonde girl with the headset. The older woman who actually processed my card is, and has always been in my experience, a sweetheart. Idk what kind of pretty privilege or entitlement this blonde girl has been privy to, but it needs to stop with a quickness, because you can bet I won't be back by that Hardee's again anytime soon.
