Mrs Janet was very rude in drive thru yelling and screaming at me and another day I went there this guy named Steven had a attitude towards me every time I go to kfc. Need better service and mangers

Ordered online and paid in advance. Got to restaurant and was told one item in my order was discontinued (why was it available to order and pay for?). I asked to substitute an equal item to the discontinued one and was rudely told no. I was told to either go back online and cancel my order, or accept a famous bowl and go. I did not want a famous bowl, and asked again for an equal substitute. I was ignored and walked away from. I took the famous bowl and left. I will NOT be returning to this AWFUL KFC location.

The service was beyond horrible. The food was just as bad and when I took it back in I waited approx 10 mins to be acknowledged and then the manager was rude beyond belief and uninterested in my concern and just threw my replacement food across the counter in a bag on its side. The replacement food was not made with care and not very well; very little cheese or gravy. Probably just to spite me for complaining. I'll go out of my way next time to get something else.

Took forever to get 5 chicken tenders asked what sauce I wanted and still got no sauce drive thru takes priority. Very rude.

Bought and paid for a 4 piece chicken combo and got 3 pieces. Waited in line for 30 minutes, they were so shorthanded I felt sorry for Jabari and told him so. The daughter ordered a 3 piece strip and got 2. KFC used to be clean and efficient. These were carry outs and we live 17 miles out.
