We usually use the KFC app when ordering; however, the last few times have left us feeling like it’s not worth the savings. Several times our order wasn’t ready when it said it would be and we had to wait sometimes 10 extra minutes. The last time we ordered the 8-piece tender meal and a couple of pieces were really small, and one piece was nothing but the crunchy coating. We took it back and asked for fresh tenders and the old lady said “What do you expect for $18” and refused to replace them. We stopped there today and ordered the 14-piece thighs & legs meal, without using the app, to see what would happen. We were supposed to get 7 thighs & 7 legs, and instead we received 6 thighs, 6 legs, and 1 wing (didn’t get what we paid for). I will add that the chicken pieces were of a better quality than the tenders we previously ordered, proving you get the old scraps when you order through the app at a discount. The service is slow, the chicken quality is poor when you get a deal in the app, and more times than not your order is wrong.

My name is Charlene Milford, BEWARE..I ordered 56.00 dollars worth of food on June 5, 2025 from the Live oak Florida restaurant... I've never gotten sick from eating at KFC. But on that day myself and my ex husband got severely sick from eating KFC...WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE IS GETTING SICK FROM CONSUMING KFC ..SO SAD ABOUT THIS .

There was a slight mix up with our order but Cynthia at the drive through was very apologetic and very helpful. She deserves a raise.
Ordered online and paid in advance. Got to restaurant and was told one item in my order was discontinued (why was it available to order and pay for?). I asked to substitute an equal item to the discontinued one and was rudely told no. I was told to either go back online and cancel my order, or accept a famous bowl and go. I did not want a famous bowl, and asked again for an equal substitute. I was ignored and walked away from. I took the famous bowl and left. I will NOT be returning to this AWFUL KFC location.

The service was beyond horrible. The food was just as bad and when I took it back in I waited approx 10 mins to be acknowledged and then the manager was rude beyond belief and uninterested in my concern and just threw my replacement food across the counter in a bag on its side. The replacement food was not made with care and not very well; very little cheese or gravy. Probably just to spite me for complaining. I'll go out of my way next time to get something else.
