My wife and I stopped at this KFC in live oak fl and was very disappointed , put our order in for a bowl meal and a 12 piece spicy wings , waited quite awhile and finally got the order , wife's bowl was barely warm and recieved a 2 piece instead of my wings went back up front and tried to tell them and finally they took the wrong meal back and I stood there thinking that they would give me my wings but they didn't, I finally got to ask the employee was I going to get my meal and he shrugged and basically said he didn't know , no effort was made to get it and I waited a bit more and got back in the order line and handed my receipt to the employee , he started going toward the back where manager was and I told him I just wanted a refund and the manager did come and refund the money with no big effort to apologize. By that time my wife had almost finished her meal and we left . Don't think I will make any effort to patronize this KFC any time soon .

Been going here for 5 years since moving to Jasper FL, at least once a month, never had complaints or any problems, Sunday pickup up my regular order,got home it was totally messed up, called let the manger Sara know,and she 💯 percent made it correct yesterday,by giving me my order for free,,she admitted the mistake and made it good 👍 that's all anyone can ask for ,😉👍🍻 thank you

Hot Food was cold, shorted us a 8 piece tenders and sauces. Employees are rude and the manager was threatening me in the background while I was on the phone telling them about their screw up. Avoid this KFC, go elsewhere.
We usually use the KFC app when ordering; however, the last few times have left us feeling like it’s not worth the savings. Several times our order wasn’t ready when it said it would be and we had to wait sometimes 10 extra minutes. The last time we ordered the 8-piece tender meal and a couple of pieces were really small, and one piece was nothing but the crunchy coating. We took it back and asked for fresh tenders and the old lady said “What do you expect for $18” and refused to replace them. We stopped there today and ordered the 14-piece thighs & legs meal, without using the app, to see what would happen. We were supposed to get 7 thighs & 7 legs, and instead we received 6 thighs, 6 legs, and 1 wing (didn’t get what we paid for). I will add that the chicken pieces were of a better quality than the tenders we previously ordered, proving you get the old scraps when you order through the app at a discount. The service is slow, the chicken quality is poor when you get a deal in the app, and more times than not your order is wrong.

Mrs Janet was very rude in drive thru yelling and screaming at me and another day I went there this guy named Steven had a attitude towards me every time I go to kfc. Need better service and mangers
