The young lady that was running the front was doing a fantastic job, doing the job of four or five people. She was hustling around filling drinks, cleaning tables, seating people checking people out and filling the buffet. All the while the manager (short, portly, female,hoop earrings) didn't seem to be in a rush to do anything at all. Salad bar and Pizza bar were both empty. Although the young lady was trying to keep it full as possible, for a restaurant that had as many people that it had in it.She sure could've used a hand. Seems to be poor management, i sure hope it doesn't come from ownership.But that would be who hired the shift managers.

Small inside. Buffet was very skimpy for the entirety of our visit. Would have been worth it if they had kept more pizza options and kept pastas on the buffet.

Pizza Hut open up their lunch buffet again Monday through Friday My friend and I decided to check it out. They had a variety of different pizzas to try. When we walked in three bins were empty nothing was in them They had a little bit of raviolis a cheese bread along with a salad. I went back up to go see what else was in the empty bins Well they were never filled back up in the place charged $16 and change. The hostess was nice but when you're having an unlimited buffet don't leave your trays empty the whole time They should have been filling them up.

Call in order for dilivery.. pizza, cinnamon sticks and was told my delivery thro Pizza Hut (not door dash) that my card was charged and that my food was going to be delivered in 25-30 min.. I had a remainder and tip in cash. Lady said cool..
over hour goes by I call back. She comes back on after having me on hold with an attitude talking about door dash cancelled because my tip was in cash and I had remainder 2.51.. It wasn't until I here when I called back that I found out door dash was delivering.. but I didn't order thro them plus I had cash as I had told when I ordered originally.. She proceeds tell me she doesn't have a pizza hut delivery just third party, now my $ will be sent back in 2-3days because door dash didn't want a cash tip.. $20-2.51... okay I guess my bit of a tip isn't worth your time.. make that make sense along with thee managers attitude because I WAS indeed told by whomever took my order, it was being delivered and my card was charged and they were okay with the balance and tip in cash.. so.. thanks for leaving me hungry and hanging for last hour. Now who should I give my money to.. cause Wow Pizza Hut.. wow since when does door dash cancel money you've taken already, especially over a cash tip, that pizza hut employee agreed would be ok. And that my order was placed and would be here in 25-30 min, not me calling back 52 min later find out this pettyness over door dash

So I called up here and ordered a big dinner box, there were supposed to be a rectangular pepperoni and cheese pizza, also a round supreme pizza. Also no dipping sauces were offered with the cheesesticks. This was the worst service I had ever gotten going up there. I called originally wanting the ultimate pizza hut bundle which showed online it was still offered but according to the employee up there it wasn't. No big deal so i ordered something else. However to drive 30 miles and have to wait because everything was technically messed up was ridiculous. Even in the wing box there was only 5 wings. I have worked in food service for 8 years as we speak. Next time I will be talking to the manager if it ever happens again. I was a loyal customer not sure i will be anymore.
