Always a wonderful time at Bull & Bear. Even with the shortage of staff due to Hurricane Milton, the staff worked hard to make sure their guests were taken care of. Bull & Bear's fried chicken is a must have!!! THE BEST!!!!
Food and Service were amazing, shocked at the prices when compared to Michelin Star places in the UK. Worth a visit however watched them make a salad at the table and also Ice Cream....all delicious
This was always our favorite restaurant when visiting the area but I found that the quality was not as good as it used to be. We were seated immediately and were introduced to the waiters. Before the waitstaff would immediately come by with water and bread but we sat for several minutes before anyone approached us. Not a big deal, just different. We had the corn soup which was delicious. My husband had steak which he enjoyed and I had the fried chicken which was too salty. We tried the lobster Mac and cheese which we did not care for. The prices have also gone up. Probably won't return.
Tableside Caesar salad is a must! We had the fried chicken and the Delmonico steak, both delicious. The waitstaff was attentive but not overly so. Manager Gustavo stopped by several times and prepared the table side dessert La Fraise himself. Really an amazing experience!
Food was delicious. It's true what they say - order the fried chicken! Someone gave us a fantastic recommendation to order it as an appetizer for the table so we could still enjoy the food you'd expect in coming here. The chateaubriand could be cut with a butter knife and the "au gratin potato" had amazing flavor. Classy ambiance with beautiful sunset views as well. Our waiter was super friendly and gave good service, based on what I had heard, I expected something closer to michelin quality service. There seemed to be confusion between the 2 servers and the timing of the dishes was really slow after the fried chicken appetizer. But overall, an excellent meal!
A great place to eat as the service is exceptional, just like the food. The attention to detail was faultless but you didn't feel as though the servers were in your face all the time. My son and i had the Chateaubriand, which was beautifully cooked.
The service here made our night! They were so attentive. We went for our 1 year Wedding Anniversary and it was our first time. Highlights were the pasta explosion appetizer and the table side Caesar. Can't wait to go back!
Absolutely outstanding. The best steakhouse in the Disney area by FAR. So many tableside features that even if you don't order them, you'll get to watch them at the table next to you. The service, the flavors, the portions, everything is impeccable. Highly recommend!
Our experience was excellent from the time we walked in until we were finished. All the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were tasty.
It was my husband‘s 50th birthday dinner celebration! The service and the ambience was outstanding! My husband and I ordered the colossal shrimp which were a little rubbery which we were kind of shocked about, but they were still good... we also ordered the lobster tail, which was an add-on, which also was a little bit on the overdone side... my husband and I both ordered the steak, medium for me and medium rare for my husband and both of the steaks came out well done! So I'm not sure if it was an off night or not but Shane was absolutely amazing. He complemented us with a free drink and a moose dessert to take back to our room with us. So overall, it was good night but we just wish the steaks would've been done correctly and that the lobster and the shrimp would've been just a little bit more underdone. Seeing it was a 5 star restaurant we were a little underwhelmed with the cooking of the food.

So dark people needed mobile lights on just to see menus. As someone in recovery I also expect a decent alcohol-free drinks list (there wasn't one, and the fresh juice list was only orange which is ridiculously limited). No child menu either so not a great option for families despite being in a great hotel for families. Disappointing given the classification of the restaurant.
Food, cocktails & service were all 5 star. We brought my 4 year old in the stroller, which I was hoping would be okay, and the staff could not have been more inviting. We will definitely be back!
Food, presentation and service were all incredible!!! Temperature in restaurant was a bit too chilly. Lighting was a little too dark. Other than that, incredible culinary experience.
This was our first time at Bull & Bear. We went for my husband's birthday and had an absolutely phenomenal experience. The service was impeccable and the food was extraordinary. There wasn't a single dish we didn't like. We will definitely be back for another special occasion.
Sent my grandparents here for their 43rd wedding anniversary. They loved it. Great food and service. They received a very sweet anniversary message and dessert as well. The mashed potatoes are to dieeee for! I will always go to Bull & Bear when im in Orlando. Worth it every time!
