Our meal, Chilean Sea Bass, was outstanding. Our server, Kari, provided excellent service and is great to have a conversation with. This has been our favorite restaurant for more than 30 years

Great Food, Service and the view of Sarasota Bay is an added experience - however the reputation has created a flood of booked out reservations on Open Table and they unfortunately are jammed out for months. Try walking in as they do accommodate walk ins but over an hour is a bye bye

We went on a Saturday afternoon with guests from out of town. As usual we had an excellent meal. It was unseasonably cold out so waited for a warm inside table upstairs. Our waitress Brittany D. Was fantastic. She was fun and super friendly, very attentive to anything we needed. Appetizers and meal was timed perfectly. We had mussels to start, they were outstanding. Two of us got the citrus grouper, another got the fish and chips. All done perfectly and were delicious. Also got the steak sandwich and a fish Sandwich. All of the drinks were great too. Dry-dock has been here on the island for a long time, it's a keeper!!

Excellent, always consistently high quality, excellent service. One of our favorites to visit often when we are down for the winter. Our server Tyler was so accommodating and attentive.

Dry Dock is our favorite restaurant in Sarasota. The food is consistently excellent. Service is great and we love the view.

We had come for early dinner of red snapper on a Monday but they were out. Maybe won't try Monday for snapper again. We started with a delicious lobster bisque and the spinach/strawberry salad. We switched after eating 1/2 so could enjoy both flavors. My husband ordered the blackened grouper tacos which he said included generous fish portions. I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops in a maple syrup sauce. I did use my leftover raspberry vinaigrette in lieu of the too sweet maple for a bite of acid with the bacon scallops. Steve, our server, provided excellent service.

We do love a window seat overlooking the bay on a chilly day and some delicious food: pasta with tuscan sauce and grouper, grouper bites, blackened grouper & pepper jack cheese sandwich, key lime pie — all YUMMY! Great server Andrea. Pricey (but it seems to be everywhere).

This restaurant was recommended by 3 people. We sat outside by the water which was nice. We had drinks inside waiting for the table. That decor was nothing special. The service was very friendly. But neither of us enjoyed the food, unfortunate for us.

We spent my birthday here. We returned to Dry Dock after our 1st visit over 2y ago. Couldn't wait to return. Our recent experience was just as awesome as our 1st. We'll definitely return soon!

We had stone crab as an appetizer. Blackened grouper and blackened red snapper. All were delicious. Our waiter, Tom was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back. FYI-during the winter months you cannot see the sunset from the restaurant.
