i have been dining at the Dry Dock for almost 10 years. Sadly this once extordinary experience now feels like a tourist place. The food has consistently declined in taste.My Grouper and Shrimp were dry and overcooked lacking flavor. I Such has occurred on my last 3 visits. I never saw the manager. Service was extraordinary. He brought me a new meal and while it was better it still was not the quality of the reputation. I am a local and will let the Dry Dock be successful on reputation...
This was the first time visiting this restaurant and have heard wonderful reviews so it was somewhat disappointing with the service we received. Our server never mentioned the special or advised myself that I could upgrade my salad. I did so when she mentioned it to my husband. I was somewhat puzzled to why I wasn't offered this option. Beautiful dinner and great service- a storm came in and we were kept safe and comfortable. Loved sitting outside, the fans were great for the mugginess. We were getting bit by bugs, the waitress provided bug spray. Will be back for sure!
