Beautiful location and a beautiful setting but that is the only thing good about this place. We sat around waiting for a table for over an hour. We were never once offered a food menu or told that we could order food at the bar. We were never asked if we wanted our water refilled or another drink. The brussel sprouts were way too salty and drowning in sauce. The food was bland. This place is over hyped and we would not return.

Excellent dinner last night at Mar Vista. Sitting under the trees by the bay can’t be beat. You must try the gourmet tator tots to start. We had shrimp and grits and their fresh catch risotto. The seafood was cooked perfectly with great flavors on both. Our server, Hannah, was great!

I was impressed. The service was impeccable; Gage, our waiter, was attentive and cordial. He wasn’t overbearing but was present and on time. I didn’t have to add seasoning to the food . The Gulf seafood chowder and Octopus was delicious.The atmosphere was relaxing and refreshing. In spite of the wait, I would definitely recommend this experience.

Can’t say enough about the wonderful time we had here! Sat at a table in the sand near the dock and loved it! Our waitress was so friendly and nice and the food was excellent! We took our son and his wife & 3 children and they all agreed it was the best time! We’ll be back!

Key lime pie was better than Dry Docks. Which is very good. You have the best Key Lime pie on the island ! Corn bread was amazing. Great beer and cider selection. Thank you for the great experience. Emily was nice to us.
