Overall we love Whitney's. This time the waitress was too aggressive in moving us along. The restaurant had 5 tables full. She asked to take the plates when we still had food on our forks and plates. She brought the bill before we were done. I'll steer clear of that waitress of possible.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to leave a review to say how great our recent Whitney's experience was. We've driven past this place many times and never noticed it until this last Friday, so we popped in and we're so glad we did! The atmosphere is really unique and fun. Being an old service station converted to a restaurant is such a neat repurpose of an old building.

We had already eaten the first time we stopped in, so we just had some drinks which were all amazing. The best part of the experience was the super friendly bartender, Brianna. She was great! Super friendly and had great recommendations for us as well. We really enjoyed chatting with her over some drinks and a delicious piece of key lime pie. It was one of the best I've tasted. I really liked the toasted coconut on the top, it was a great twist. Brianna said we needed to try the weekend brunch, so we went back today for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious again.

We will definitely be back again and again anytime we're passing through LBK.

We brought guests from England here on their last evening with us after their Thanksgiving trip to visit our family and everything was great. A wonderful evening, we all went away happy! We'll be back!

Food was incredible! The vibe & atmosphere was amazing. It’s so cute inside & our server was wonderful. So sweet and attentive! My fiancé & his friend both had grouper tacos & said they were the best they’ve ever had. I had a delicious salad, and our other friend enjoyed a bowl with shrimp! Highly recommend!

Great casual vibe. Love the Caesar salad, grouper sandwich, fries and brownie sundae! (Found ahi tuna appetizer so-so).

Nice little beachfront restaurant. Food was good, service a bit slow, but ok. I would go back.

Unfortunately the musician was good but extremely loud. We couldn't hear to have a conversation. Initially we were outside but went inside hoping it would be quieter. It wasn't. Food and service were great but the experience was ruined because of the inability to hear and carry on a conversation. The waitress even had trouble hearing what we ordered.

The food needs a lift the coconut shrimp was like a frozen corn dog no flavor of coconut at all - way too much breading. The shi tuna app was fair st beat. I got the grouper salad, which was good however at $36, I would have expected it to be great.

Whitney's is a must visit on Long Boat Key! The service and venue are fun and excellent and the food and drinks are standouts! We had the coconut shrimp, smash burgers and key lime pie and all were delicious! Pink sangria took it over the top!🥰
