charming atmosphere, great vibes, and loved the food! cannot wait to go back to try another meal there!
Reservation for 6 was honored on time on a busy night (not always the case by restaurants)!
We've been looking forward to trying Whitney's for quite some time now. It lived up to our anticipation! Super cheerful atmosphere, great cocktails, dinner was tasty, and the service was prompt and friendly. We loved it! : )
Good vibe of a twentieth century diner. Simple but good menu with a good beer and wine list. Young staff who were learning but friendly and helpful. Live Reggae music on Saturday night. A fun place to have a relaxed and delicious dinner.
Whitney's is SUCH A GEM! Perfect for date night or outing with friends/family, etc. Our group LOVED the smashburgers, grouper sandwiches, grouper tacos, steak tacos, and shrimp tacos. We also enjoyed the chips+dip and grouper bites as appetizers. Delicious dishes, yummy drinks, such a chill+fun ambiance, fantastic live music, excellent service...we could not have been more pleased with our first visit to Whitney's! We will be back.
Overall we love Whitney's. This time the waitress was too aggressive in moving us along. The restaurant had 5 tables full. She asked to take the plates when we still had food on our forks and plates. She brought the bill before we were done. I'll steer clear of that waitress of possible.
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to leave a review to say how great our recent Whitney's experience was. We've driven past this place many times and never noticed it until this last Friday, so we popped in and we're so glad we did! The atmosphere is really unique and fun. Being an old service station converted to a restaurant is such a neat repurpose of an old building.
We had already eaten the first time we stopped in, so we just had some drinks which were all amazing. The best part of the experience was the super friendly bartender, Brianna. She was great! Super friendly and had great recommendations for us as well. We really enjoyed chatting with her over some drinks and a delicious piece of key lime pie. It was one of the best I've tasted. I really liked the toasted coconut on the top, it was a great twist. Brianna said we needed to try the weekend brunch, so we went back today for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious again.
We will definitely be back again and again anytime we're passing through LBK.

We brought guests from England here on their last evening with us after their Thanksgiving trip to visit our family and everything was great. A wonderful evening, we all went away happy! We'll be back!
Food was incredible! The vibe & atmosphere was amazing. It’s so cute inside & our server was wonderful. So sweet and attentive! My fiancé & his friend both had grouper tacos & said they were the best they’ve ever had. I had a delicious salad, and our other friend enjoyed a bowl with shrimp! Highly recommend!

Nice little beachfront restaurant. Food was good, service a bit slow, but ok. I would go back.
It’s really good place just to rest and enjoy tasty food.
